Coffy Town Radio Theater is a contemporary twist on classic noir radio drama—an immersive, AI‑enhanced storytelling experience and the signature learning platform of the Holter Intellectual Property Curriculum, a 501c3 initiative dedicated to creative efficacy, cultural literacy, and community edutainment. Built by writer and poet Jessica Holter, this curriculum uses Black Noir storytelling to teach the craft, discipline, and emotional intelligence behind modern narrative creation.

 

Coffy Town Radio Theater grows from the world of Lady—first introduced in a poem by Jessica Holter—into a full narrative ecosystem where her voice guides learners through an entire city with seasons of interconnected stories. What begins as a whisper from the concierge of Lady’s Room expands into a living universe shaped by music, mystery, and emotional truth.

 

At its core, Coffy Town Radio Theater is a modular learning ecosystem where students, artists, and community members explore:
